Introduction:
WHEN: July 1-31, 2026
WHO: Authors worldwide writing in the Chinese language
WHAT: As long as you have a good story in Traditional Chinese and/or Simplified Chinese and own the intellectual property rights, we can help you publish it in digital and print formats. We can also help you promote it to Chinese readers worldwide.

HOW:
- Fill out the "Manuscript Submission Form" (PDF) in Traditional Chinese or Simplified Chinese and send to contact@ebookdynasty.net, with the subject line "Chinese-Language Book Submission".
- eBook Dynasty will contact the author within 48 hours to discuss details of the publishing project.

- eBook Dynasty publishes the author's manuscript as digital and print books in Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese, and handles the global promotions for free.
Notes:
- This campaign only runs between July 1-31, 2026 (inclusive). Late submissions will not be accepted.
- On those occasions where those authors who have submitted their Chinese-language manuscripts are unable to complete the signing of their publishing agreements before the end of July, but still want to pursue publishing with eBook Dynasty, they can consider paying for our global promotional services.
Qs & As:
Q: What about English-language authors and their manuscripts?
A: We will open for submissions by English-language authors in January 2027.
Q: What do you mean by "promoting to Chinese readers worldwide"?
A: Via the eBook Dynasty website and our distribution partners, we can promote your Chinese digital and print books across the world in Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese and English. Our distribution partners include:
- IngramSpark and its global distribution partners, including online and brick-and-mortar bookstores, independent bookshops, libraries, schools, and book retailers and wholesalers (covering but not limited to Amazon.com, Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.com.au, and Australia's Booktopia).
- Readmoo, the largest EPUB online bookstore in Taiwan (covering Google Play Books and Apple Books)。
- HyRead eBooks, Taiwan's leading provider of library services (covering more than 700 libraries across the Chinese World).
Q: What do you mean by "handling the global promotions for free"?
A: Each of the aforementioned platforms has its own unique distribution network. More importantly, each also has specific procedures regarding user registration, file creation and upload, sales, administration fees, and author/publisher compensation calculation and payment methods. eBook Dynasty can take care of these complex and tedious processes for you, while all you need to do is to receive sales reports and author compensation.
The fees for our global distribution services are generally format-based. That is to say, for each title, there are up to four formats - Traditional Chinese Digital, Traditional Chinese Print, Simplified Chinese Digital, and Simplified Chinese Print - and the fee for promoting each format globally is US$100. So, you can save up to US$400 by completing the signing of your Chinese Digital and Print Book Publishing Agreement with eBook Dynasty before the end of July.
Q: How are the publishing fees calculated?
A: eBook Dynasty's publishing fees include:
- Application for four ISBNs, which are to be owned by the author: US$200.
- Editing, proofreading, design, formatting, and files setup for digital and print books in Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese: US$200.
- Promotional web pages for digital and print books in Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese and English: US$100.
Q: What benefits do authors receive by working with eBook Dynasty?
A: For each digital book sold via eBook Dynasty and its distribution partners, the author will receive 80% of the net proceeds from sales. For each print book sold via these channels, the author will receive 60% of the net proceeds from sales.
