eBook Dynasty's Press Release
Melbourne, Australia, November 1, 2017:
Melbourne-based eBook Dynasty is pleased to announce the appointment of Shanghai-based author B Du as our Publishing Representative in China. Starting from November 2017, B Du will assess literary submissions from those Chinese authors who wish to publish and promote their writings as Chinese digital and print books overseas. She will also facilitate communications between Chinese authors and the eBook Dynasty headquarters in Australia.
Originally a teacher and now a full-time author, B Du has penned a series of full-length novels that are well received in China. Now shouldering the considerable responsibility as eBook Dynasty's Publishing Representative in China, she is full of confidence. "As a published author, I fully understand the hardship and sense of loneliness experienced by all established and emerging writers, as well as their desire to and vision of getting published. If you would like an opportunity for your 'literary baby' to grow up and succeed, then please contact me, so we can work together to realise your dream," says B Du.
In the words of Dr Christine Yunn-Yu Sun, Manager of eBook Dynasty, in Australia: "Since our launch in June 2012, eBook Dynasty has been helping all established and emerging Chinese-language authors to promote their writings across the world. We also help English-language authors, agents and publishers to translate, publish and promote their titles as Chinese digital and print books."
According to Dr Sun, all of eBook Dynasty's digital and print titles are published in Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese. These are then promoted across the world in Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese and English.
More importantly, since November 2017, eBook Dynasty has been publishing its Chinese print books via IngramSpark, the Ingram Content Group's print-on-demand (POD) platform. Thanks to IngramSpark's publishing centre in Melbourne -- the only one in the Southern Hemisphere -- eBook Dynasty is able to promote its Chinese print books through the Ingram Content Group's Global Distribution Partners, including well-known retailers and wholesalers across North America, United Kingdom/Europe, and Australia & New Zealand. POD means a book will be printed only after a reader has purchased it. This service not only saves costs in printing and storage, but also meets the demands of both authors and readers.
As of November 2017, eBook Dynasty has assisted more than 100 Chinese-language and English-language authors to publish and promote their writings as Chinese digital and print books. These authors come from countries such as Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Finland, Holland, Italy, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Kazakhstan, Israel, and Saudi Arabia. It is time for more outstanding Chinese authors to join the list.
Those China-based authors wishing to publish and promote their writings as Chinese digital and print books overseas should contact B Du via firstname.lastname@example.org. A full manuscript is required in the submission, as well as a brief author biography and book introduction. Once the manuscript passes the assessment, it will be forwarded to eBook Dynasty's headquarters in Australia to be further edited and published.
